We Still Own This City: The Impact of Police Corruption in the HBO's The Wire and We Own This City 

My project is going to analyze the similarities and differences of police corruption in season one of  The Wire (2002) and We Own This City (2022). Both shows have multiple law enforcement figures that negatively affect the force, the community, and civilians alike, which hinders the effectiveness of policing in Baltimore, MD, the setting for both shows.
