We tested if people's happiness is affected by different workout types. By using two different types of 10 minute workouts, we measured the affects of people's emotions using the BMIS scale.

The goal of this study is to test how an individuals snack/meal choice impacts their emotions throughout the day. We plan to assign each participant a random snack (healthy or unhealthy) and they will be instructed to take our survey before consuming the snack, as well as after to determine if the snack choice has any impact on how they feel throughout the day.
