Exploring the Association Between TP53 Mutational Patterns and Four Cancers - Breast, Ovarian, Cervical and Lung Cancers
​TP53 is a tumor suppressor gene that works to prevent tumor formation and subsequent cancer diagnosis. Mutations in TP53 are closely related with cancer. This project sought to find if there are certain variants that are specific to different cancer types.
